The Wanderlust is proud to be the flagship of the Queen's Catch and Release program. As part of this program we are called to tag, track and monitor the faries of the realm.

If you happen to catch one please do not remove the tag. Simply, write us a message describing the happless creature. We have now upgraded the system so you can use a carrier pidgeon with the Transient Cad Privateer/Itinerant Pirate protocols to deliver your message. It is much bettern then the old days when you had to deposit the message in a bottle. (I was assured back then by the ship's quartermaster that we would get your message but I have still never seen one of those reports.)

Ship, Captain and Crew

This is a relatively simple dice game that can be used to pass time or if your feeling lucky making wagers.

What you will need:

Five six-sided dice

Objective: Have the highest score at the end of a round when someone has scored 21 points.

Terms:

A Turn is one player making three rolls of their unlocked dice.
A Round consists of each player taking a turn with the dice.
Locked/Unlocked dice - all unlocked dice must be rolled, locked dice are not rolled.
Captain - the first die locked on a four
Crew - the first die locked on a five
Ship - the first die locked on a six
Plunder dice - any die which is not a Ship, Captain or Crew.

How to Play:

Each player takes a turn. All dice begin the turn unlocked.

Step 1 - The player rolls all unlocked dice.

If one or more, of the dice is a four lock one of the dice that is a four. You have a Captain.
If you have a Captain, and one or more, of the dice is a five lock one of the dice that is a five. You have a Crew.
If you have a Crew, and one or more, of the dice is a six lock one of the dice that is a six. You have a Ship.
If you have a Ship you may choose to lock any of the plunder dice.

Repeat step 1.
Repeat step 1.
Collect Plunder - If you have a Ship, Captain, and Crew you get a number of points equal to the number of pips on your plunder dice.

If no player has 21 points play another round. The game is over at the end of the round that at least one player has 21 points.

The winner is the player with the highest points.
If your playing for wagers each player pays the winner a coin for each point they are below the winner's score. In case of a tie the winnings are split between the winners.
